Mike WiLL Made It has explained that Miley Cyrus doesn’t take her twerking seriously.

The singer has gained a reputation for performing the bottom shaking dance move, but the US producer has insisted that she’s just having fun with it.

“She’s 20 and she’s having fun,” Mike WiLL Made It told 105.1 Breakfast Club. “She’s not taking it as seriously as people think.

“She knows she’s a singer and not a twerker. That’s her real talent. She has huge records on the way… Her album is crazy.”

Cyrus worked with Mike WiLL Made It on her chart-topping hit ‘We Can’t Stop’ and has further collaborations with the producer on her upcoming album Bangerz.

The album will be released on October 8 and also features her current hit ‘Wrecking Ball’, which smashed a VEVO record for the fastest ascent to 100 million views earlier this month.
