Miley Cyrus is someone who knows what she wants—and often it's rocker-ready pieces by Marc Jacobs, Moschino, and Martin Margiela. But her new tough-girl edge doesn't make the 20-year-old any less excited about ladylike fashion. "My favorite store in the world is Chanel in London. I felt like I was walking to the gates of heaven," she says with a laugh. "They did say the gates would be covered in pearls." Not one to fuss in the mirror ("short hair don't care"), she's into natural radiance: "You wanna have that 'glow' everyone talks about? Just smile." Miley puts her real energy into her wardrobe instead, and is always on the prowl for the perfect fall jacket. "I try to switch it up but always go back to this particular Margiela." And her go-to shoes? "That's like asking a mother to pick a favorite child!"
