Hiding her head with a blanket, Miley was spotted leaving her hotel in London, this morning (12th Sep). After a busy couple of days in Germany, Paris and UK, Miley ended her We Can't Stop promotion trip. Her episode of Alan Carr's Chatty Man will air tomorrow at 10pm.
