Yup, Miley proved that she’s well and truly left her Disney days behind her in this stylish but sexy white Azarro creation with a plunging back.
Just grazing the bum area there, NICE. Miley paired the frock with Givenchy shoes (which we can’t actually see, but we’re sure they look lovely) and an armful of chunky Lorraine Schwartz jewellry.
In contrast to her elegant attire, she also opted for a funky mohican style quiff, which sounds weird when you write it down, but actually looked FABOOSH.
All in all, one of our favourite looks of the night. How about you? "

Miley looked sensational in a backless white gown that clung to her slender figure, accessorised with two linked bangles.

Completing her after party look, the star let her natural beauty shine in minimal make-up and wore her bleached blonde locks in a spiky quiff.

Miley spent the night rubbing shoulders with her good pal Kelly Osbourne and took to Twitter to share a photo of the pair smooching up to party host Elton.

The star was also seen hobnobbing with Kim and Kourtney Kardashian amongst other famous guests."
